JPMorgan – Retirement Plan Participant Communication

The Western Pension & Benefits Council - Denver Chapter invites you to its October meeting, "Maximizing Participant Behavior," presented by Melanie Wells, Executive Director, Participant Communication & Education, of J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services. In order for retirement communications to be effective, the messages must resonate emotionally with participants on an individual level. We will discuss methods for improving retirement communications by personalizing the methodology and employing techniques that have been used by retail marketers across diverse industries.
